About The Chef
Chef Celine Boyer is a person who has always had the passion for food. A degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Hawaii provides Celine with a strong foundation for understanding the crucial role that nutrients in a daily diet play in achieving a healthy lifestyle. She has also further enriched her knowledge of cooking by attending professional courses at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, California.
Celine has traveled around the world (as an international flight attendant for a commercial airline) and has sampled a variety of global cuisines. Living in Hawaii, a culturally mixed place, has also given her an advantage to incorporate international ingredients into her cooking.
Creating and sharing good food with others has always been a passion for Celine and she decided to pursue this passion as a career with a mission to assist individuals to improve quality of life by bringing flavorful and healthful food into their homes. Celine is a member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association. Understanding that food safety is a primary importance, she is nationally certified in food safety and sanitation. She is also fully licensed and insured.
